Hi!  I'm Kim and I am a personal trainer with over 17 years experience in creating custom designed fitness plans for women of any body type.

Your body is unique and your workouts with me will be uniquely designed for you and your goals.  My training style emphasizes core training techniques with an integrated whole-body approach designed to lengthen and shape the body without adding muscle bulk. 

 

Your training program will be custom tailored to you and your needs.


Each session is designed to challenge and motivate you while being fun!


I am available in Santa Monica and nearby.


Personal Training Rates


Sessions are one hour in length.  Sessions are sold in packages, Private training sessions are in the $100 per session range, email for training packages.  Train with a friend for as low as $65 per session.

My philosophy is simple: little everyday moves make the weight melt off naturally.  I know how hard it is to count calories and go on a diet, so I developed a special program that helps my clients drop the pounds without much special effort.

Most people believe that if they show up at the gym and spend a respectable amount of time on the treadmill, they will lose the weight.  And most personal trainers believe that the harder they push their clients, the better the results they will have.  I believe that inspiring clients to be lean is the way to go.  That's why I ask you to bring photos or magazine clippings of what you want to look like.  Having a goal and visualizing your goal helps you reach your ideal weight and reach it faster.
